Blaine's style is definitely preppy if not metro. He likes to look good, is that such a crime. Blaine would never be caught dead wearing anything that might look 'thug' or anything like that. Very classy this man is.

SECRETS:
Blaine is gay. He thinks of it as a disease that he has to fight daily. He loves acting like a ladies man but just because that way it is easier to cover it up.
OVERALL PERSONALITY:
Meeting Blaine is a very pleasant experience. He is very polite and friendly, always tries to make conversation and always knows the right thing to say. One thing about this kid is that he never looks awkward. He looks comfortable where ever he is, whether its in a crowd of people that he had never met or hanging out with his best friends. One reason it's so easy to get along with Blaine from the get go is that he loves making jokes. Laughing is one of the things that Blaine does best and he loves hearing the people laugh with him. He also has a wide range of humor. He loves being witty and such but he can also get along with extremely sarcastic people. Basically he gets along with most everyone. Some of that is probably because he loves having a good time. He loves to go out partying and dancing or doing random things that turn into crazy nights. Not every night though. He does enjoy a good book at home once in a while.
If you take the short time it requires to make Blaine a friend rather than an acquaintance, you will be all the better for it. Blaine thrives on his friends. The only way that you could break a friendship with Blaine is if you do something to loose his trust, although even still he is extremely forgiving. Loyalty is his thing when it comes to friends though. He will never leave you alone in a fight and he will always be there when you need a shoulder to cry on. People have always thought that it was really easy to talk to Blaine about personal things because he is such a good listener. One reason for that is because he doesn't really talk about himself in that way. He's a hypocrite in that sort of way. He is always telling his friends that if they ever need someone to talk to, he will drop everything to help them. Blaine, however, keeps his problems to himself. Good thing he is a good actor.
There is a part of him that no one ever sees. The part that he keeps hidden deep within, sometimes even from himself. Blaine thrives on how other people feel about him. His family has more influence over him that you could ever know. He feels if he lets someone else down he has let himself down in the process. He lives for other people, to make them happy. If they are happy, so is he. Also, Blaine is such a romantic. You would never be able to tell it by the way he picks up the ladies but yes. He would love one day to be able to share a bond with that special someone, who ever it may be. Maybe it's the thought of just being with someone that will make him happy, not everyone else.

OVERALL HISTORY:
Blaine grew up...shall we say, privileged. His father was the head of Cronn Corporation, one of the leading corporations in the country. This meant a lot of things for the Cronn family. A huge house with hired help. Business was everything. That seemed to be the first thing that Blaine learned from his parents, mostly because his nanny taught him most everything else. Even when he was a little child he understood that when Daddy had guests, you didn't burp at the dinner table and talk to the adults only when spoken too. As he got older and started interacting with the outside world, he soon learned that everything he did reflected his father's image. He didn't want his father having bad press, did he? So Blaine kept out of trouble for the most part, tried his hardest in school and never did anything to jeopardize his father's position in the world.
Of course all teens with money soon find out that you can have a great time and still not let daddy or mommy know. Blaine's wealth and stature started getting him into all the exclusive clubs so that he could hang out with all his socialite friends. It was the perfect life for someone in high school. Blaine still focused on school as hard as he could, making sure that he got all of his homework and studying done during the week so that on the weekends he could let himself loose. High school was when he met a kid that would change his life forever. He met Peter in one of his classes and became fast friends. At first it was just normal guy hanging out and such but Blaine couldn't fight the butterflies that he got when Peter would walk into the room. Also, it was kind of a weird pair. Blaine was one of the rich socialites, Peter was obviously less privileged than him. It didn't matter though, to either of them. They soon became so joined at the hip that people at school would tease them about being lovers. Although it was just a joke, Blaine would lay awake at night wondering if it was such a bad idea.
One of his most memorable days of high school when Peter asked him to come over to his house one evening. Blaine suspected just some normal hanging out, a regular fun night. When he got to Peter's, he could tell something was different. There was exciting tension in the air. Peter led him over to his father, looked Blaine in the eye and said "Blaine, I'm bi." It was a confession that seemed a long time coming. There had been so many unspoken feelings between the two of them, so much that Blaine had been too scared to confess. But now he knew he was no longer alone. A rush of passion flooded through him and he took Peter into his arms and kissed him. Peter's father, however, wasn't as accepting. He threw Blaine out immediately and he spent the whole night hoping to god that Peter was okay. He had heard about what his father could do. The reaction that Peter's father had given them scared Blaine into locking the closet door that he was just about to open. At least he had Peter. They kept their relationship a secret, the only person knowing was Peter's twin brother Carson.
The next three months were some of Blaine's happiest times. He still had to act like the rich prodigal son around his father, but around Peter he could just be himself. But with all relationships comes tiffs. This one was about Blaine being in the closet. Although Peter understood why Blaine wanted to keep it a secret, he was often frustrated that they couldn't do things most other couples do, like go out in public. During a night of the two of them not talking, Carson swooped in and took advantage. Carson wasn't like Peter. He was mysterious, dangerous. And within a couple drinks, Carson had Blaine forgetting all about Peter. It was when Peter walked in on the two of them that Blaine's heart dropped. Instantly, he had known what he had done and there was nothing that he could do to fix it. So Carson had played him. It didn't matter. He had fallen for it. Peter deserved someone better.
After a couple months of being extremely depressed, Blaine decided that brooding would get him nowhere. His new goal was to become a renowned business man, just like his father. He didn't belong in that alternative lifestyle anyway. In getting an internship at his father's corporation, Blaine was surrounded by devout far right christians who didn't mind condemning the gays. Their hateful words poured into Blaine and before he knew what was happening, Blaine was convinced that it was just a phase. It was some kind of disease that he would overcome. And it did get easier with time. Blaine trained himself not to look to long at attractive men. He went out to the clubs more than ever before and picked up women just to prove to himself that he had been cured. Now Blaine attends the same university his father went to, hopefully on the same track as his old man.
