My friends say I should act my age ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rebecca is probably one of the most out-going people around. She knows how to have a good time and goes about making peoples' day. She's pretty much a happy-go-lucky sort of girl with a dash of spontaneity in certain situations. She's a fan of people and the more, the merrier. Besides a group of friends, she's looking for a small cluster of people--male or female, doesn't really matter--that she can trust with her utmost secrets and come to whenever she needs a shoulder to cry on because there's no doubt that Rebecca won't hesitate to lend a keen ear and arms to embrace with.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Is it cool if I hold your hand? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rebecca's never quite had a boyfriend before and she's only used the word "love" when she's bidding her parents and elder brother good night. She's been told that despite her sometimes "outrageous" choice of clothing, she's a pleasure to be around and a sight for sore eyes. However, she's really picky when it comes to guys and she's very wary of them too ever since that incident a few years back. She distances herself between guys who seem to be a bit promiscuous and shady in some sort of way. And even though she's a huge fan of passion and loves the idea of love, she doesn't see herself in a relationship anytime soon, but she wouldn't mind testing that theory with a genuine guy.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I'm so sick of fights I hate them ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rebecca has never said "I hate you" and she would like to keep it that way. She doesn't really pick fights since she thinks violence is a waste of time, energy, pride, and blood. Same goes for verbal spars. She doesn't take what people say about her too seriously, but when she's been wronged, she will definitely make sure to give her mouthful. However, if she just can't seem to click with someone--probably because they're so unoriginal, she makes it a sporting event to ignore that person and if things manage to go far beyond that, she dishes out the nastiest and coldest of cold shoulders and the most silent of silent treatments. Really, the only people who would probably dislike her would be the individuals with their noses so high up in the air they haven't seen the ground in a while and enjoy poking fun at her ensemble choices. So if you've screwed up once, you've pretty much screwed up for life.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Credit: *Yeah, so I did all this "fancy" stuff, but the lyrics belong solely to blink182. i can totally picture Gambit lying to her right of the bat as he does everyone... the seemingly bad thing about that is his lying habit would have him saying negative things to her rather than positive. instead of a, "you look beautiful!" it would be a, "you know, it's not halloween, you can take your mask off now." xD he does have limits so he wouldn't be mean to her and it could be a compliment since everything he says is pretty much a lie or twisted truth! but yeah-- i'm willing to do pretty much anything with gambit since i don't really have too much going with him.
but there's also lyla. lyls is probably one of the shiest gals you'd ever meet and she's extremely soft spoken. but i don't know what you could do with that. she's pretty awkward and clumsy... and yeah... well, i don't know xD she could probably use a friend to break her out of the shell.

REMBERT/"GAMBIT": Ha, yeah, I could totally see him doing that and she'd probably be taken aback by it at first but then she'd eventually realize that there must be more to his mean comments and the like. Maybe one day he could seriously offend her or something--I'm sure he could, lol--and maybe she'd just say something that could probably hit home and hit hard?
Lyla": As for Lyla, I think Rebecca would be glad to take her under her wing. She's really tired of being the youngest child, so maybe being around Lyla could make her feel like an older sister?

gambit: haha, i'm liking that idea for them. gambit does have a few soft spots that he doesn't like to be touched. the hard part would be getting him to tell the truth about it xD but i think if she eventually got used to the way he did things, then she might figure it out. the biggest thing for gambit would be whether or not she pushes him away for his condition or not.
lyla: that sounds good to me. lyla is an only child so she doesn't really know the concept of having a sisterly influence. i think that would be a good thing for her. she's been really alone most of her life so i think that having someone willing to deal with her shy clumsiness would be awesome to her.

REMBERT/"GAMBIT": I think she would push him away for a while, but then she'd probably end up feeling bad, but then again, they could probably even say rude things about and to one another because they both go to different schools and what with the feud and stuff.
LYLA": Mmhm, I think Rebecca would find it a little odd because Lyla's twenty, but she wouldn't really mind. They're kind of complete opposites, but I think they'd balance each other out well.

Kholden - I could see kholden and her chillin! hed totally flirt with her, he has a thing for blonds. He has a thing for anything he is attracted to really, but anyway i could totally see them being party buds or something. Hes really easy to get along with.
Lucky - Shes give or take. Shes pretty outgoing and friendly and would probably get along with her, but its really up to the other person how they react to her lol so ... we should rp sometime with them.

KHOLDEN: I have to agree with you on that. I could definitely see them hanging out a lot and maybe if Kholden got around to serious flirting, I think Rebecca would probably be put off a bit and ask him out right if he has a thing for her, which could make things pretty damn awkward between them, maybe.
LUCKY: Lucky and Rebecca have a lot in common I think, especially the photography and modeling part. I could kind of see them going on adventures with their cameras and just hanging around taking photos and things. They'd have a pretty good relationship, for sure.
And we should definitely thread. (:
